In his twenty-five years plus years and counting, Jorge DeLeon has brought a force of enthusiasm and empowerment to the Ventura County real estate industry. Jorge excels in some of the industry’s most challenging arenas: working tirelessly to offer guidance that can develop independent agents to reach their full potential, excelling at complicated transactions involving multiple parties, and using his bilingual skills to meet the unique needs of Spanish-speakers. In everything he does, Jorge keeps his clients’ best interests first and takes extra care to help them understand the purchase and sale process.
In 2004, with over ten years in the escrow and title industry, Jorge obtained his real estate brokers license. Since then he has accrued an impressive list of accolades, including the Broker/Owner/Manager of the Year award for the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors, 2016 Oxnard Chamber of Commerce's Man-of-the-Year and the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage National Diversity award. He was the 2013 Chair of the Young Professional’s Network and was elected to Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtor’s (VCCAR) Board, serving on its Board President in 2019.
Jorge lives by the mantra of giving it all in all he does. And this goes beyond his work in real estate. He is incredibly proud to serve as a board member for the nonprofit Turning Point Foundation, helping the mentally ill become independent, engaged citizens. He has also run six half marathons. Jorge and his wife LeighAmber, have four active children, Oliver, Jasper , Violet and Ruby. They reside in Ventura, California where Jorge was born and raised.
